Choose Remote Support via the Support tab dropdown on the menu bar.

Click on the Remote Client downlod button to download the Cqanet Remote Client.

Verify, then run or open file Splashtop SOS xxx.

Authorise CQANET’s techniician access to your device.

Provide technician the code to remotely access you device, protected with TLS and 256-bit AES encryption.
